The total worldwide deaths due to the global pandemic Coronavirus infection crossed 88,000 on Sunday.

According to data released by John Hopkins University's Center for Science and Engineering (CSSE), the total number of people who died of the corona has risen to 88,77,779, while the number of infected people has risen to 2,69,51,838.

The United States is the worst-hit in Corona virus infection, with 6,262,989 infected cases reported while 188,711 people have died.
