Three held in drugs cases in Haryana's Ambala

AMBALA: The teams of Ambala police arrested three accused in separate cases after recovering narcotics, including 350 narcotic pills, 230 gram opium, and 11.5 gram heroin from their possession on Saturday.
The accused have been identified as Phool Chand of Hargovindpura Colony, Barara town in Ambala district; Niranjan Singh alias Nandu of Ashok Vihar, Ambala City and Gaurav of Kajiwara Mohalla, Ambala City.
The Ambala police said all the three accused were presented before a local court, following which accused Phool has been sent in one-day police remand. Niranjan has been sent in three-day police remand and Gaurav has been sent in two-day police remand for further investigations.
