Himachal reports one Covid death and 245 cases

SHIMLA: Himachal Pradesh reported one Covid-19 death from Chamba district and 245 positive cases on Monday; 183 positive patients have recovered.
The total number of positive cases reported so far in the state has now reached 7,660 of which 2,234 are active, 5,359 have recovered, 54 have died while 11 have migrated out of state. In the state total 229,966 persons have been tested of which 221,885 persons have btested negative while results of 421 samples were awaited.
Positive cases reported include seven from Bilaspur district, five from Chamba district, 51 from Kangra district, 11 from Lahaul-Spiti district, 55 from Mandi district, 17 from Shimla district, six from Sirmaur district, 66 from Solan district and 27 from Una district. Positive patients who have recovered include three from Chamba district, 43 from Kangra district, 103 from Sirmaur district, two from Solan district and 32 from Una district.
Bilaspur district has total 419 positive cases of which 154 are active while 265 have recovered; Chamba district has total 541 positive cases of which 158 are active, 376 have recovered, five have died while one has migrated out; Hamirpur district has total 660 positive cases of which 167 are active, 488 have recovered while five have died; Kangra district has 1,142 positive cases of which 389 are active, 743 have recovered while 10 have died.
Kinnaur district has total 103 positive cases of which 33 are active while 70 have recovered; Kullu district has total 359 positive cases of which 106 are active while 253 have recovered; Lahaul-Spiti district has total 19 positive cases of which 12 cases are active while seven have recovered; Mandi district has total 542 positive cases of which 152 are active, 382 have recovered while eight have died.
Shimla district has total 437 positive cases of which 147 are active, 281 have recovered, four have died while four have migrated out; Sirmaur district has total 1,052 positive cases of which 236 are active, 813 have recovered while three have died; Solan district has total 1,762 positive cases of which 469 cases are active, 1,273 have recovered, 14 have died while six have migrated out of state; Una district has total 624 positive cases of which 211 are active, 408 have recovered and five have died.
