GURUGRAM: With
metro services set to resume from September 7, the health department on Saturday convened a meeting of medical officers of the health centres near metro
stations. Passengers who need any medical assistance can visit health centres at Chanderlok, Sukhrali and Nathupur and these health centres will be open from 10am to 6pm.
While Guru Dronacharya and Sikanderpur metro stations will fall under Nathupur health centre, MG Road and IFFCO Chowk will be under Sukhrali health centre and Huda City Centre under the Chanderlok health centre.
Chief medical officer Virender Yadav said that they will be installing boards displaying information of health centres for passengers. "Passenger can visit the doctors at our health centres. Besides, our hospital in Sector 10 will be open round-the-clock for sampling and checkup."
Officials added that if any passenger from another district or area tests positive, their district administration will be informed and the patient will be put in home isolation.

Delhi Metro Rail Corporation was held on September 3 to discuss arrangements for the Gurugram section of Delhi metro stations.
As part of checks, thermal scanning of passengers will be conducted at the metro stations and those showing symptoms will not be allowed to board the trains. There will be separate gates for entry and exit of passengers and everybody will have to follow instructions displayed on the self-explanatory sign boards installed at the metro station.
To ensure social distancing inside coaches, passengers will have to sit leaving one seat unoccupied and all coaches will be sanitised at the last stop.
