BMTC will resume 34 Vajra AC services on Monday

BENGALURU: BMTC will resume 34 Vajra AC services across the city on Monday.
“With business returning to normal in Bengaluru and suburbs, BMTC will reintroduce AC buses to meet citizens’ travelling needs,” BMTC said in a release.
The routes include Kempegowda bus station Majestic – Hosakote, Attibele and Kadugodi; Hebbal – Banashankari and Central Silk Board and Banashankari – ITPL. The timings will be available on mybmtc.com. At present, BMTC operates 35 Vayu Vajra AC buses to the airport and 3,850 of its 6,600 buses post-lockdown.
Buses to Goa from Monday
KSRTC will resume its bus services to Goa on Monday. “The services will resume from Bengaluru, Mysuru and other places of Karnataka keeping in view of the number of passengers. All will have to wear a mask,” said the transport utility.
KSRTC recently extended Onam special services between Bengaluru/Mysuru and Kerala till September 8. It operates inter-state buses to Andhra Pradesh and has asked Tamil Nadu and Telangana if it can resume services.
