In such a situation, the district-police administration had appealed not to organize Ramlila of Ramnagar in a public place.
In view of this, it has been told from the Kashi royal family that it has been decided to postpone the event of Ramlila. It is worth mentioning that Ramlila of Ramnagar is being organized since the year 1783 under the open sky without electric lights and loudspeakers. To see this Ramlila, not only the country but a large number of people from different corners of the world come to Ramnagar every year.
SP City Development Chandra Tripathi said that in view of the transition of Kovid-19, an appeal was made to the organizers of Ramlila in Ramnagar to follow the rules of the government. The organizers have said that they will fully cooperate with the police-administration.
