PUDUCHERRY: Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Veterinary Education and Research (River), run by a government society, has invited online applications for admission into an undergraduate programme in veterinary science and animal husbandry (BVSc & AH) for the academic year 2020-21.
The last date for the submission of application is September 24.
The institute has 80 BVSc & AH seats. The Centralized Admission Committee (Centac) will fill 30 seats under the Puducherry government quota. The Veterinary Council of India will fill 12 seats.
The institute will fill 10 students from Puducherry and 12 students from all India-level under the self-supporting stream.
Goa and Andaman and Nicobar Islands will sponsor five students each. Four seats are reserved for non-resident Indians and two for foreign nationals.
