As border tensions between India and China escalate, <a href="/topic/government" target="_blank">government</a> has issued another list banning 118 Chinese mobile apps from the Indian market. This is the third time that the <a href="/topic/centre" target="_blank">centre</a> has issued a list that targets mobile apps made by Chinese companies.

<br>In a statement, the ministry of electronics and IT has said that "in view of information available they are engaged in activities which is prejudicial to sovereignty and integrity of India, defence of India, security of state and public order.”
