Rhea Chakraborty to take legal action against Sushant Singh Rajput's family after leaked chats suggest family was aware of SSR's mental health

After a series of allegations placed against her by Sushant Singh Rajput's family, actress Rhea Chakraborty will now be taking action against the deceased actor's family for making false statements before the investigating authorities. Rhea's lawyer, Satish Maneshinde recently in his statement said, 'The prescription and the chats of the two of the sisters of Sushant indicate that the family was aware of his mental health.' He further added that they lied to the ED and there were exchanging of medical prescriptions. Furthermore, Satish said, 'Besides the consultation is also illegal and if even an online consultation has happened the doctor gives prescription to an existing patient whose history he knows in advance.' This happened after WhatsApp chat between Sushant's sister Nitu Singh and ex-manager Shruti Modi were leaked alleging that Shruti shared medical prescriptions with the sister.
