NEW DELHI: <a href="/topic/Realty-stocks" target="_blank">Realty stocks</a> were trading lower at 01:58PM (IST) on Tuesday.

<br> Shares of <a target="_blank" href="/indiabulls-real-estate-ltd/stocks/companyid-19231.cms">Indiabulls Real Estate</a> (down 5.08 per cent), <a target="_blank" href="/brigade-enterprises-ltd/stocks/companyid-20445.cms">Brigade Enterprises</a> (down 2.43 per cent), Sobha (down 1.57 per cent), <a target="_blank" href="/oberoi-realty-ltd/stocks/companyid-32621.cms">Oberoi Realty</a> (down 0.86 per cent) and DLF (down 0.09 per cent) were the top losers in the index.

<br> While <a target="_blank" href="/sunteck-realty-ltd/stocks/companyid-3296.cms">Sunteck Realty</a> (up 2.36 per cent), Phoenix Mills (up 0.82 per cent), <a target="_blank" href="/godrej-properties-ltd/stocks/companyid-5733.cms">Godrej Properties</a> (up 0.64 per cent) and <a target="_blank" href="/prestige-estates-projects-ltd/stocks/companyid-32683.cms">Prestige Estates Projects</a> (up 0.14 per cent) were among the top gainers.

<br> The Nifty Realty index was trading 0.22 per cent down at 222.25 around 01:58PM.

<br> Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 101.50 points at 11489.0, while the BSE Sensex was up 374.72 points at 39003.01.

<br> Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 28 were trading in the green, while 22 were in the red.

<br> Shares of Vodafone Idea, YES Bank, IDFC First Bank Ltd., SBI and Bharti Airtel were among the most traded shares on the NSE.

<br> Shares of Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd., Max Healthcare Institute Ltd., Infibeam Avenues Ltd., Hathway Cable and Ruchi Soya Inds hit their fresh 52 week high in today's trade, while Khandwala Securities Ltd. hit fresh 52 week low in trade.
