Sushant Singh Rajput death case: BMC tells SHRC they didn't give permission to Rhea Chakraborty to visit morgue at Cooper Hospital

On June 15, Rhea Chakraborty visited the morgue at the Cooper Hospital where Sushant Singh Rajput's body was kept. After Dean of the hospital told SHRC that no wrongdoing was done on the hospital's part in providing permission to the actress to enter the morgue, now, the BrihanMumbai Municipal Corporation on August 31 told the Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission that it wasn't them who gave the permission to Rhea. As per reports SHRC's acting Chairman MA Sayeed has now ordered the BMC to file a detailed affidavit in the matter, along with all versions of all concerned persons present at the time when Rhea visited the mortuary. A reminder notice has also been sent to the Mumbai Police to present their response on the same on priority basis.
