Jharkhand: Three Ramgarh youths working for PLFI rebel group arrested

RAMGARH: Three youths, who were working for the banned People's Liberation Front of India (PLFI) were arrested on Tuesday from Terpa and Talatand villages under Patratu police station in Ramgarh district, SP Prabhat Kumar has informed at a news meet.
Kumar said, “Three local youths of Patratu—identified as Rajan Kumar Singh (26), Sunil Sao (20) and Nawal Kumar Ganjhu (23) working for PLFI were nabbed. The trio were brainwashing other youths for collection of extortion levy from industries, and business community here.”
On August 9 this year, suspected PLFI rebels raided a coal exploding site of Central Mine Planning and Design Institute (CMPDI), a subsidiary of Coal India Limited (CIL) and left self-styled handbills of PLFI chief Gope ji and area commander Toofan ji alias Sultan ji demanding levy for coal exploration project. “During the investigation of that incident, we zeroed on to these culprits,” Kumar adding that cases have been registered under relevant sections of IPC.
