Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper Daniel Akpeyi will not be available for the last two games of the season as he is recovering from a concussion.
Akpeyi suffered the head injury in Chiefs' 1-0 defeat to Bidvest Wits on Sunday, which resulted in him being stretchered off and replaced by Bruce Bvuma.
"Daniel Akpeyi suffered a concussion on Sunday against Wits. He is ruled out for the next two matches. The medical team will continue monitoring his recovery process. We wish him a speedy recovery," said the club in a statement.
The Nigeria international has been a mainstay of Amakhosi's line-up throughout the season, appearing in 25 of the 28 league games.
Amakhosi are back in action on Wednesday evening against Chippa United before taking on Baroka FC on Saturday.
Victories in both matches with a superior goal difference will see the Glamour Boys lift the Absa Premiership crown on Saturday.
