After Kangana Ranaut's tweet on being 'scared of Mumbai police', Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut has indirectly slammed the actor without naming her. During a media interaction, he demanded strict action against and also said that if someone doesn't trust Mumbai Police they have no right to live in the state of Maharashtra. Raut also said that he won't be taking names of any person but the statement came after Kangana's tweet.
Sanjay stated, "I will appeal to the Chief Minister and the Home Minister of the state that action should be taken on it. For the uninitiated, BJP leader Ram Kadam had tweeted to Kangana, "It's been more than 100 hours 4 days since actress @KanganaTeam she is ready to expose the Bollywood-Drug mafia nexus but she needs protection. Unfortunately, the Maharashtra Government hasn't provided her with any protection until now. @OfficeofUT @AnilDeshmukhNCP @CPMumbaiPolice".
To which Kangana replied to him, "Thank you for your concern sir, I am actually more scared of Mumbai police now than movie mafia goons, in Mumbai I would need security either from HP government or directly from the Centre, No Mumbai police please."

Kadam also wrote a letter to Maharashtra government which read as "Bollywood and politicians are considered to be role models, so it is extremely important to initiate a crackdown on the drug link with Bollywood. My question is, why hasn't the Maharashtra Government provided security to Kangana. Is the Government scared of her revelations which will hurt the mighty? If there are any political links that also need to be exposed?"
