The Rasode Mein Kaun Tha auto-tune rap has gone viral and became an instant hit as soon as it was released by Yashraj Mukhate on his social media page. Bollywood actor Disha Patani hopped on the trend as well and posted a new, hilarious version of the song on Instagram starring none other than her dogs.

For the uninformed, after the Yashraj Mukhate video went viral, Kokilaben aka Rupal Patel who played the character of on Saath Nibhana Saathiya also reacted to the video and revealed that she spoke to Yashraj and even thanked him for making it. 

She had said, "My sister-in-law sent me a message about it. Later, my co-actor, Rhea Sharma sent me the rap. My immediate reaction was surprise and shock. I was perplexed about how Yashraj got this clip since I never sang on the show. Later, I realised that it’s a rap and he has used my dialogues for it (laughs). I liked it so much that I asked a few friends for his number. I spoke to him and expressed my gratitude. I am humbled and grateful for Smriti (Irani) madam for liking it. I am not on any social media platforms as I don’t want to be distracted when I am working."

On the other hand, Rucha Hasabnis, who played Rashi ben in the show, also reacted to the video and said, "My first reaction was I didn't like it. I was like okay ya, whatever. Bohot hi silly hai. Then, my brother messaged me saying this is trending on Twitter. So, I was like what is there to trend. When I watched it again, then I looked at it objectively, and I realised he (Yashraj) has given nice music to it. It was a very creative way of doing that small clip. It's been crazy, it was very funny, weird, and silly. It was trending and people have loved the video. Fans have not been messaging me but people are just sharing the funny memes, that are on trending on Twitter, with me. We are all having a laugh on these memes."
