Rajiv Gandhi Foundation has openly committed the robbery in the country: BJP

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) attacked the Gandhi Vadra family again today and said that the family looted the wealth of the country through the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation from fugitive Mehul Choksi, scamsters Rana Kapoor, Jignesh Shah and banned Islamic preacher Zakir Naik Has been taking millions of rupees in lieu of giving discounts.

In a press conference here, BJP spokesperson Dr. Sambit Patra said while discussing the latest findings of the ongoing investigation in this regard that the donation of money to the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation was not a coincidence but a conspiracy. Punjab National Bank scam: Mehul Choksi's son Rohan Choksi's shell company Naviraj Estate Pvt. Ltd. Had given a million rupees to the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation on 29 August 2014. Mehul Choksi is also a director in this company. Choksi's companies - Gitanjali and Naviraj - have been sued under the Money Laundering Act which makes black money white and is under investigation.

Dr. Patra said that Yes Bank promoter Rana Kapoor is behind bars but Rs 2 crore. Had purchased the painting of Rs. 9.50 lakh from the bank to the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation. The scam of Yes Bank is due to diversion of funds and the bank has diversified a total of Rs 3557 crore. Similarly, Jignesh Shah's Financial Technology India Limited also donated Rs. 5 lakhs to the establishment and a scam of Rs. 5600 crores has taken place in this company.

The BJP spokesperson said that on July 8, 2011, the Islamic Research Foundation of Islamic preacher Zakir Naik was given Rs 5 lakh to the establishment and when the dispute later arose, the money was returned to the Islamic Research Foundation but the amount was returned to another bank account. He said that all this shows how open robbery was committed through Rajiv Gandhi Foundation. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Enforcement Directorate are investigating it.
