Tamil Nadu recorded 6,495 new COVID 19 cases on Sunday, according to the department of Health and Family welfare of State of Tamil Nadu. The overall number of cases increased to 4,22,085.
According to the report, the number of deaths due to COVID 19 in TN on Sunday was recorded to be 94. The total death toll stands at 7,231.
The number of new cases in Chennai was 1,249.
In other Districts, 5,246 new cases were recorded.
