There is a ruckus about NEET and JEE examinations across the country, but the central government is making every effort to get the exam done on its behalf. The issue was considered in the UGC meeting that students coming from remote areas to take the JEE and NEET exams can be given accommodation.
The government is considering making arrangements for students to stay around the examination centers. Apart from this, after the court's decision in the final year examination of the students, the report will now be sought from the universities. At the same time, NATA 2020 (second paper) for admission to Bachelor of Architecture will be on 12 September. The architecture has issued notifications for this.
At the same time, Congress is performing in protest against NEET and JEE examinations across the country. The Youth Congress has started protests in front of central government offices at state and district headquarters. Also, an appeal is being made to postpone the exam on social media.
Apart from this, the ministers of the six states of the country - West Bengal, Jharkhand, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Punjab, and Maharashtra have filed petitions in the Supreme Court. In which the Supreme Court has been asked to review the order of August 17 and postpone the examination of JEE-NEET to be held in September.
