Vande Bharat Phase 6: Air India Express launches flights for UAE!

The Union Civil Aviation Ministry announced that Phase 6 of the Vande Bharat Mission will begin from September 1, Air India Express said on Wednesday that it was opening bookings for flights from UAE to India from Thursday.

As per the Air India Express announcement, the booking will start at 10 AM UAE time or 11:30 AM IST.

Issuing a statement, the airline stated that Indian nationals registered with the Indian Embassy / CG website can book flights on their website or through authorized travel agents in normal repatriation fares.

Giving further information, the airline stated that passport information and passenger contact details are mandatory while booking.

As per the earlier announcement of the Ministry of Civil Aviation, the phase of VBM starts from 6 September 1 till 24 October.

Under Vande Bharat Mission Phase 5, Air India Express had opened bookings for flights from Mumbai, Delhi, Kozhikode, and Kannur to Doha.
