Two innocent teenage boys were bashed in a vicious attack outside a pharmacy while terrified onlookers were too scared to intervene.

One of the teenagers was flung face-first onto the ground while another was fly-kicked during the brawl on Jetty Road in Glenelg in Adelaide's south-west at 7.20pm on June 11.

Razi Tahmasebi watched the terror unfold outside her pharmacy before inviting the victims inside, with one so badly injured he required surgery on his jaw.

Police are yet to track down the offenders and have released CCTV in the hopes of finding them.

'It was such a frightening event that people saw it but were too scared to do anything about it,' Ms Tahmasebi told Nine News.

'I got the young man into the shop, I asked his friend to also come into the shop, I had to lock the doors because I was afraid.'

The two teenagers noticed they were being followed before the attackers jumped them, police say.

'They were not wanting to fight back, they just wanted to be safe,' Ms Tahmasebi said.

Police are appealing for other businesses in the area to check their security footage and anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
