NEW DELHI: Maharashtra cabinet was informed by State Chief Secretary on Wednesday that all State Public Service exams are postponed due to Covid-19 pandemic.

According to the information, the new schedule for the exams will be announced later.

Earlier, the MPSC preliminary exam 2020 has been postponed twice. The MPSC pre-examination was earlier scheduled to be held on April 5, 2020 but postponed to September 13, 2020. Now, this has been postponed again.

It was decided by the MPSC to conduct the preliminary examination on September 20, 2020 as the date of National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET), which is now scheduled to be held on September 13, is clashing with the MPSC preliminary exam.

Now, the cabinet has decided to postpone all the examinations which are to be conducted by the MPSC, till further notice.
