102 floors above the bustling streets of New York City, the Top Deck observatory takes the Empire State Building’s experience to a new level, with spectacular 360-degree views. Guests experience their first "wow" moment when they enter a one-of-a-kind glass elevator on the 86th floor. Floor-to-ceiling windows on all sides enable visitors to See the entire length of Manhattan and all of New York City’s iconic landmarks, from the Statue of Liberty to Central Park and far beyond. When you’re this high up, the view doesn’t end at New York City. On the clearest days you can gaze up to 80 miles into the distance, far enough to see six states from a single vantage point.

The 102nd floor is an enclosed, climate controlled all weather observation deck. Guests get a sneak peak of the breathtaking views before stepping onto the observations deck. Panoramic observatory is comprised of 24 windows with views beyond the heart of New York City."
