Matters came out about 'compulsion holidays' in government offices, Rules Set for lockdown holiday in paramilitary forces

During the lockdown of Kovid-19, there have been many employees in the central government who could not reach their offices due to the closure of the transport facility. Now they have to do a lot of adjusting to accommodate the 'compulsion holidays'. The file is moving from one table to another, but as soon as it arrives at the paying branch, it is returned with many objections.

If someone is absent, then someone is giving an application to show how the employee would come to his office when no vehicle was running. Apart from the rail, agriculture, transport, and health, the same situation is being seen in many other ministries and departments. Now the central paramilitary forces also have the problem of adjusting the Kovid-19 lockdown holidays.

Various forces have decided to implement the orders of DoPT. The rules made to accommodate the holidays of the soldiers and city workers who are unable to join their duties during the lockdown of Kovid-19, will not cause financial loss to any personnel.

Central security forces told their soldiers to stay wherever they are.

Please tell that in Kovid-19 lockdown, not only the security forces personnel were trapped, but also the employees of many city departments could not reach their offices. If someone was already on leave, a worker had to reach the office after the weekend. There were also many workers who had to join duty in April, but they could not reach even.

At that time almost all the central security forces had told their soldiers that they should stay wherever they are. After the lockdown opened, when government personnel joined duty, there was a problem of adjusting 'forced leave'. The same situation was seen in the central security forces as well.

The DOPT had to issue an order as all the offices were frantic. These orders had already been issued for civil servants. The Central Security Forces are now issuing the same orders. The country's largest central paramilitary force CRPF, numbering around 3.25 lakh, has also been asked to adjust the holidays on the basis of the DoPT's orders. The same orders are being issued in other central paramilitary forces.

Vacation cases will be handled under these orders

A government worker was sent out under orders issued by the headquarters and could not return at the scheduled time. The reason for this is the closure of the public transport service. The concerned employee had given this information to his officers by telephone or email that he could not reach the headquarters for this reason. In such a case, the worker will not be considered absent.

The date the worker's tour ended will be considered on duty since then. Employees who were on leave before Lockdown-1 came into force on 25 March 2020 and were to be returned to the lockdown period, but could not come. Public transport was closed due to his not being on duty.

If such personnel had by any means informed their office that they are unable to come to the office due to this reason, they would be considered on duty. If a worker has been on medical leave before or during a lockdown, he/she must submit his / her fitness certificate.
