Mutual funds’ cash holding lowest since January this year

The recent data from Association of Mutual Funds of India (AMFI) shows that cash holding in the portfolio of top 20 mutual fund houses by Asset Under Management (AUM) is lowest since January this year.In January, this year, cash holding in the portfolio of top 20 mutual fund houses hit low of 4.3% after it touched 6.1% in July last year, observes domestic brokerage Motilal Oswal Financial Services in a report for which it sourced data from AMFI.
