The India Meteorological Department said that there are low-pressure areas in southwest Rajasthan and its adjoining areas, where there may be rain in the next 24 hours. The Meteorological Department in its advisory said that the monsoon trough is still active and the situation is normal in its south. This can happen for the next two to three days.

In such a situation, heavy rains are forecast in Gujarat and South Western Rajasthan on 25 August. Winds can run at speeds of 50-60 kilometers per hour. These winds may come from the southwest to the central west of the Arabian Sea and north of the Bay of Bengal.
