2 booked for sodomising 14-year-old

Greater Noida: Two men were booked for allegedly sodomising a 14-year-old boy at gunpoint in a Dankaur-based village on Saturday afternoon. Police said the accused are known to the victim as they are residents of the same village as his.
According to a complaint filed by the boy’s father on Sunday, the men forcefully took the victim in a forest.
Anil Kumar Pandey, SHO of Dankaur police station said, “The boy’s father has alleged that the victim was standing outside his house when the two men - Yogendra alias Don and Guddu came on a motorcycle and forcefully made him sit on the bike,” he said, adding that they took him in the forests of Rajpur Kala village where they took turns to sodomise him.
Later, one of the accused allegedly put the revolver in the victim’s mouth and threatened him not to tell anyone about the incident or else they would kill him and his father. However, after gaining consciousness when the boy reached home, he told his family about the alleged crime.
Based on the complaint, the two men were booked under IPC Section 377 (unnatural offences). “The boy was taken for a medical examination after which the FIR was lodged. The allegations of brandishing a pistol and assault are being investigated. Charges may be added after the arrests of the accused men,” he added.
