Heavy rains will continue this week in some parts of Rajasthan, as heavy to very heavy rainfall is expected across the state from Friday to August 28.

According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the area of ​​low pressure over southwest Rajasthan and neighborhood is likely to remain for the next 24 hours, while the monsoon trough, located to the south of its normal state, is expected to last for the next 2-3 days.

These meteorological conditions have caused heavy rainfall in the state for the past few days and will continue to be so on Tuesday, 25 August.

Subsequently, from Wednesday 26 August, the weather across Rajasthan will be affected by the low-pressure system in the Bay of Bengal, which will receive heavy rain from Wednesday to Friday in the desert state and adjoining central India.
