All these Vande Bharat International flights will run on August 25!

The Center launched the 'Vande Bharat Mission' on 6 May, so that those stranded due to the coronavirus pandemic could be transported to their destinations via international repatriation flights.

According to the Ministry of Civil Aviation, the Air India Group operated 4,018 repatriation flights till August 23, under the Vande Bharat Mission, in which more than 5.31 lakh passengers would travel. Of these, 2,012 inbound flights were carrying 3,65,898 passengers and outbound flights with 1,66,064 fliers.

The mission is currently in its Phase 5 which will continue till 1 September.
