During the meeting of the Congress Working Committee, one thing which was disturbing in the party throughout the day, was Rahul Gandhi said or not? During the virtual meeting going on in closed rooms, it was reported that Rahul had accused the leaders of writing letters of complicity with the BJP. He said that this would benefit the BJP.
Shortly after such reports appeared in the media, Congress MP Kapil Sibal tweeted and expressed his displeasure with Rahul Gandhi. Though the Congress's chief spokesperson Randeep Surjewala to handle the case denied any such statement, but by then the issue had become popular on social media through channels. Congress MP Manikkam Tagore wrote while tagging Sibal, AAP is not in the meeting.
You have responded to such news which is wrong. It is not right for a senior leader like you to give such an immature remark. An hour later, Sibal may have removed the old tweet citing his talk to Rahul Gandhi, but the matter had gone out. After the meeting, Ghulam Nabi Azad made two tweets about this. He told that Rahul Gandhi did not say any such thing.
No grudge against those who write letters: Sonia
The CWC may have endorsed Sonia as the interim president, but she said, "I am relinquished enough." After the meeting, Sonia told the leaders who wrote the letter, "I don't have any ill feelings, differences keep happening but the party is with solidarity."
Committee will be formed to help Sonia
In view of Sonia's health, a small committee will be set up to help her.
CWC Meeting: Big question, What Did Provokeed Ghulam Nabi Azad And Kapil Sibal, That Rahul Gandhi Said Or Not
