A troubled teenage mother with a history of self-harm has been missing for five days along with her baby girl.
Kayla Jankovic and her 11-month-old daughter Aria Beales were last seen on Tuesday morning and family are extremely worried.
Detectives pleaded for any information about her whereabouts after a desperate search last week came up empty.
'Police hold serious concerns for the welfare of the child and are appealing for anyone with information to come forward,' it said on Sunday.

Ms Jankovic and Aria were last seen on Plunkett Street, Nowra, about 10am on Tuesday before they vanished with no contact since.
A family friend on Wednesday begged her via a post on her Facebook profile: 'Kayla please contact me! its important!'
Several troubling Facebook posts also caused concern in the weeks before Ms Jankovic's disappearance.
In one she detailed scars from previous self-harm episodes and another included a very public argument with her brother Jacob.

She also appeared to be embroiled in a custody battle for Aria with the girl's child.
Police said she used to live in Rockdale, in Sydney's south, but where she lived now was unknown. Her Facebook indicated she had moved out of that home.
She was also known to frequent the Shoalhaven area on the NSW South Coast.
