WWE star-turned-Hollywood actor Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson has joined the DC Universe. He is seen as 'Black Adam', the teaser of which was unveiled at DC Fandome recently. In the teaser, The Rock is seen talking about the history of 'Black Adam'.

He also shared a message for the 'DC Superheroes' (Justice League), stating, "Let Flash, Shazam, Aquaman, Wonder Woman, Batman, Superman know something. Things will never be the same, because the hierarchy of power in the DC Universe is about to change."

At the panel, The Rock said, "Black Adam is "one of the most powerful superheroes, anti-heroes, villains, whatever you want to call him."

He was also asked about who he would like to have a face-off with. To that, The Rock first named 'Wonder Woman' and then said it would be interesting with 'Superman'. "One superhero who won’t kill because of his code vs one antihero who’s happy to — because of his code. All in the name of truth & justice. Maybe one day. #BiggestShowdownOfAllTime #BlackAdam #Superman  #DCFanDome," he confirmed through his tweet.

Soon after his tweets, fans also demanded a showdown with Shazam. For the uninformed, the sequel of the film was also announced. It is now 'Shazam: Fury Of The Gods'.

The Rock had said, "The number one choice on who I would love to take with me on an adventure would be Wonder Woman, and I'll tell you why. No, I know what you guys are thinking, 'Of course you would Rock!' No, no, look Gal is my friend. She's a very good friend of mine, but the character of Wonder Woman is one that I have such a tremendous amount of respect for I've always thought that this combination of Wonder Woman and Black Adam would make an incredible pairing so this idea that we would go on an adventure together is something very cool."

He also added, "The other part to this answer is, you know, I always thought that it might be cool to hang out with Superman. That would be cool right i mean we're kind of similar in terms of our powers, our strengths our speeds, because look at the end of the day you never know. Black Adam and Superman could become friends, or they won't."
