Several devotees were seen buying Ganpati idols in Pune and Bhopal to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi. People were seen busy in purchasing idols and necessary items for the festival. Due to Covid-19, vendors too kept precautionary measures. Social distancing is mandatory for everyone. Several organisers of puja pandal decided this year to avoid any mega celebrations as the authorities have also put restrictions due to pandemic. In Bhopal, the district administration has already restricted large idols to reduce the coronavirus infection.
