NEW DELHI: IT stocks were trading on a mixed note at 12:06PM (IST) on Friday.

<br> Shares of <a target="_blank" href="/mindtree-ltd/stocks/companyid-15673.cms">Mindtree</a> (up 2.12 per cent), <a target="_blank" href="/tech-mahindra-ltd/stocks/companyid-11221.cms">Tech Mahindra</a> (up 1.15 per cent), <a href="/topic/Coforge" target="_blank">Coforge</a> (up 0.43 per cent), <a target="_blank" href="/wipro-ltd/stocks/companyid-12799.cms">Wipro</a> (up 0.27 per cent) and MPhasis (up 0.15 per cent) were among the top gainers.

<br> While <a target="_blank" href="/hcl-technologies-ltd/stocks/companyid-4291.cms">HCL Technologies</a> (down 0.74 per cent), <a target="_blank" href="/infosys-ltd/stocks/companyid-10960.cms">Infosys</a> (down 0.49 per cent), Larsen & Toubro Infotech (down 0.15 per cent) and <a target="_blank" href="/tata-consultancy-services-ltd/stocks/companyid-8345.cms">Tata Consultancy</a> (down 0.08 per cent) were the top losers in the index.

<br> The Nifty IT index was trading 0.05 per cent down at 18116.6 around 12:06PM.

<br> Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 76.30 points at 11388.5, while the BSE Sensex was up 254.08 points at 38474.47.

<br> Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 40 were trading in the green, while 10 were in the red.

<br> Shares of YES Bank, BHEL, Vodafone Idea, Zee Ent. and SBI were among the most traded shares on the NSE. 
<br> 
<br> Shares of BASF India, Indiabulls Ventures (PP), Aarti Drugs, Affle (India) Ltd. and Alkyl Amines hit their fresh 52 week high in today's trade, while hit fresh 52 week low in trade.
