Former West Coast Eagles star Daniel Kerr has been charged with aggravated stalking and breaching a violence restraining order.

The 39-year-old, who lives in Kardinya, was arrested overnight.

He will face Fremantle Magistrates Court Thursday morning.

The former midfielder last made headlines in February when he was photographed passed out and unresponsive on Hannan Street in Kalgoorlie during a work trip.

Kerr told media at the time the incident was the result of “a bit of fun with mates”.

He played 220 games for West Coast between 2001 and 2013.
