The Supreme Court has ordered the CBI to investigate the Sushant Singh Rajput case. The apex court, while hearing Riya Chakraborty's plea on Wednesday, said it was appropriate for the Bihar government to request a probe into the case from the CBI. Justifying the decision, Justice Hrishikesh Roy said that the registration of FIR in Patna was also legally correct.

After the Supreme Court's seal on the CBI investigation, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said that the decision made it clear that the entire process of the Bihar government was correct. Now I am confident that Sushant and his family will get justice.

CM Nitish Kumar said that whatever work our government did was lawful, the action was taken to bring justice to Sushant. Now I am confident that only the CBI will fully investigate properly and provide justice. The hope of justice is not just the family or Bihar, but the people of the whole country.

When our officer went to Mumbai, he was quarantined, it was wrong. I am confident that the Sushant case will result because it is the battle of India. Some people were restless that nothing should be disclosed in this matter.
