CHENNAI: BJP State president L Murugan on Tuesday said the bodies of four students from Tamil Nadu, pursuing medicine at Volgograd State Medical University in Russia and drowned in the Volga river on August 8 would be brought to Tamil Nadu on August 22 following efforts taken by External Affairs Ministry.
