Bihar STET admit card 2019 to be released on August 25
Representational Image. NEW DELHI: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has announced the Admit Card release date for the State Teacher Eligibility Test 2019.
As per the announcement, the Bihar STET 2019 Admit Card will be rleased online on August 25, 2020 on the official website of the Board - http://biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in/.
Candidates can also download their admit card from the STET 2019 official website - http://bsebstet2019.in/.
The Bihar STET 2019 examination will be conducted between September 9 and September 21, 2020. Earlier, the Bihar STET 2019 has been postponed twice due to Covid-19 pandemic in the state.
As per the choice of the candidates, the BSEB will conduct separate examinations for secondary and upper secondary teachers in the state.
Through this examination around 37,440 vacancies are to be filled at Secondary/ Higher Secondary Level in the state.
The Bihar STET 2019 was earlier conducted on January 28, 2020 but had to be cancelled to alleged irregularity reported during the examination. A committee, constituted for examining the misconduct happened during the examination, recommended for the cancellation of the examination; subsequently the exam was cancelled on May 16, 2020.
Around 2,47,241 candidates, who have applied for the examination, are waiting for the admit card for appearing in the examination.
