Himachal Pradesh reports 61 new Covid cases

SHIMLA: The state on Tuesday reported 61 new Covid-19 cases. According to the health department, 15 cases were reported from Shimla, 14 from Mandi, 11 each from Kullu and Una, four from Kangra, two each from Chamba and Hamirpur and one each from Sirmaur and Solan districts.
Among those tested positive include 13 members of chief minister’s security staff. Following the detection of positive cases among CM's security staff, his official residence was sanitized.
Meanwhile, the state also saw recovery of 89 coronavirus patients during the day.
The state has now total number of 4,235 positive cases of which 1,253 are active, 2,923 patients have recovered, 17 patients have died while 40 others have migrated out of the state.
