NEW DELHI: Around 52 stocks rose to touch their 52-week highs on NSE in Tuesday's session.
Among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs were ABM International, Akash Infra-Projects, Amber Enterprises India, APL Apollo Tubes, Balaji Amines, BLS International, Emami, Ester Industries, Expleo Solutions, Jindal Steel & Power, Karda Constructions, KIOCL, Meghmani Organics, SBI Cards and Payment Services and Thyrocare Technologies.
Benchmark NSE Nifty index was trading 67.10 points up at 11314.20 on Tuesday on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.
Overall, 36 shares were trading in green in Nifty50 index, while 14 were trading in red.
In the Nifty 50 index, Grasim Inds, ONGC, UPL , Eicher Motors and UltraTech Cement were among top gainers, while Zee Ent., IndusInd Bank, PowerGrid, SBI and ITC were trading in red. The BSE Sensex was trading 211.69 points up at 38262.47.
