TNDGE 12th scanned copy of answer sheets released; apply for re-totaling & revaluation

TNDGE on Monday released the scanned copies of class 12 answer sheets on the official portal.

NEW DELHI: Directorate of government examination, Tamil Nadu, on Tuesday released the scanned copies of class 12 answer sheets on the official portal. The students who have applied for the copy of class 12 answer sheets can obtain the same from the Board's website — dge.tn.gov.in.

The Tamil Nadu Board had announced the class 12 results on July 16, 2020. Of the total 7,79,931 students who appeared for the exam, 7,20,209 had declared successful which recorded a passing percentage of 92.34%.

Students who applied for the copy of TN class 12 answer sheets can check the same from the link given below. Candidates are required to login with their TN class 12 roll number to obtain the answer sheets.

Information available on the official website reads "For any clarification regarding scan copy of answer scripts, please send an email to 'dgeh3section@gmail.com' (or) contact mobile no 9498383073."

Candidates can also submit applications for re-totalling and revaluation through the official portal. The links to apply for re-totalling and revaluation can be obtained from the links given below.

This year, Tiruppur district marked the highest pass percentage of 97.12%. Female candidates outshined male candidates with a 5.39% pass percentage. The passing percentage of female candidates recorded at 94.8% while 89.41% male candidates qualified for the exam.


The Tamil Nadu class 12 results got delayed due to the outbreak of covid-19 pandemic. The Board had cancelled class 10 exams and promoted all the students registered. The assessment of class 10 examination was done on the basis of the student's performance in quarterly and half-yearly exams.
