Congress writes a letter to Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg demanding an investigation!

The Congress on Tuesday wrote a letter to Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, accusing Facebook India of "interfering" with the country's electoral democracy, and demanding a timely high-level inquiry into the operations of Facebook India's leadership team, and their actions.

In a letter to Zuckerberg, Congress General Secretary KC Venugopal also demanded to submit an internal inquiry and report, the company should consider a new team to lead the operations of Facebook India so that the investigation is not affected.

Venugopal said in the letter, "Establish a high-level inquiry into Facebook India leadership team and their operations by Facebook headquarters and submit a report to Facebook's board within a month or two. The report should also be made public."
