Two deaths, 25 Covid positive in Yavatmal

Yavatmal: A total of 593 active positive patients have been admitted in various Covid-19 Care Centres across the district. Two deaths were reported on Wednesday — a 52-year-old man from village Sawala of Yavatmal tehsil and a 90-year-old man from Ner tehsil. On Wednesday, 25 positive patients were reported of whom 19 are men and 6 are women. They are from Yavatmal, Arni, Pusad, Darwha, Wani, Pandharkawda and Babhlgaon. There are 139 in home quarantine while 155 are in isolation wards. 101 swab samples were sent to the VRDL lab on Wednesday, informed the dean, Dr RP Singh.
