Sanjay Dutt is most worried about his twins Shahraan and Iqra after he has been diagnosed with lung cancer

It's been a week since Sanjay Dutt was diagnosed with lung cancer and even though, there's no official statement from his family, a close source to the actor reveals that he is most worried about his twins ever since the news came. As per the source, Sanjay was badly shaken when his reports came in but now, he has accepted it and is all set to fight back the illness. However, the source adds that Dutt is most worried about his son Shahraan and daughter Iqra who are merely 10. Earlier, the reports suggested that Sanjay will be getting his treatment done in USA but so far there's no confirmation on the same by the actor or his family.
