Kareena Kapoor Khan's fitness secret revealed by her dietician Rujuta Diwekar

If there is someone whose fitness and diet secrets we would want to steal, it has to be Bollywood beauty Kareena Kapoor Khan. While the 39-year-old is known for following a super healthy lifestyle, you will be surprised to know that her diet plan is indeed a simple one with homemade food. Now, the actresses' Nutritionist and dietician, Rujuta Diwekar, who has helped her get in shape, shared a detailed menu of what Bebo eats in a day. Kareena starts her day with a handful of soaked almonds and bananas and then have protein and antioxidants filled lunch along with papad, achaar and lots of curds, which is good for digestion. Her third meal of the day is a healthy snack, which contains peanuts or roasted foxnuts. For tea-time, she prefers to take locally harvested and seasonal fruits such as litchi or mango and keep chivda as her go-to option. For dinner, according to Diwekar, Kareena usually likes to have vegetable pulao with raita. And, lastly, before the bedtime, Kareena takes a glass of classic Haldi milk, which boots immunity and helps her sleep well.
