NEW DELHI: Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal went to Connaught Place's ancient Hanuman Mandir to offer prayers on his birthday on Sunday. Kejriwal, who was accompanied by his wife, invoked Lord Hanuman for the better health of the people of Delhi.
Among many politicians and celebrities, PM Narendra Modi offered birthday wishes to the Delhi CM. "Birthday wishes to Delhi CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal Ji. Praying for his long and healthy life," PM tweeted in the morning.
The Delhi CM is a devotee of Lord Hanuman.
