Renowned singer SP Balasubrahmanyam under treatment for COVID-19 ‘critical,’ says hospital

Veteran playback singer S P Balasubrahmanyam, who has tested positive for COVID-19, was in a “critical” condition after his health deteriorated, the private hospital treating him said on Friday. The hospital had on Thursday said he was “stable.” “… based on the advice of the expert medical team attending to him, he has been moved to the ICU and he is on life support and his condition remains critical,” Baskaran added.
