Himachal Pradesh reports 58 Covid-19 positive cases, 116 recoveries

SHIMLA: Himachal Pradesh reported 58 positive cases of Covid -19 while 116 positive patients also recovered on Friday. The state has now a total number of 3,874 positive cases of which 1,270 are active, 2,551 have recovered, 17 patients have died while 34 have migrated out of state. In the state total 17,56,66 persons have been tested till Friday of which 17,08,82 have been tested negative while results of 910 samples are awaited.
Positive cases reported on Friday include 5 from Bilaspur district, 12 from Chamba district, 5 from Hamirpur district, 8 from Kangra district, one each from Kinnaur, Shimla and Solan districts, 10 from Kullu district, 2 from Lahaul-Spiti district, 3 from Mandi district, 8 from Sirmaur district and and 2 from Una district. Positive patients who have recovered include 4 from Bilaspur district, 13 from Chamba district, 12 from Kangra district, one from Kinnaur district, 18 from Mandi district, 3 from Shimla district, 63 from Solan district and 2 from Una district.
In the state, Solan district has maximum 914 positive cases of which 314 cases are active, 575 have recovered, one has died while 24 have migrated out of state; Kangra district has second highest number of 562 positive cases of which 86 are active, 471 have recovered, 3 have died while 2 have migrated out of state.
Hamirpur district has total 394 positive cases of which 81 are active, 309 have recovered while 4 have died; Sirmaur district has total 479 positive cases of which 139 are active, 332 have recovered, one has died while 7 have migrated out of state; Una district has total 314 positive cases of which 105 are active while 209 have recovered.
Bilaspur district has total 160 positive cases of which 53 are active while 107 have recovered; Chamba district has total 279 positive cases of which 155 are active while 123 have recovered; Kinnaur district has total 59 positive cases of which 15 are active while 44 have recovered; Kullu district has total 200 positive cases of which 160 are active, 39 have recovered while one has migrated out; Lahaul-Spiti district has total 6 positive cases of which 2 are e is active while 4 have recovered.
Mandi district has total 290 positive cases of which 107 are active, 177 have recovered while 6 have died and Shimla district has total 217 positive cases of which 53 are active, 161 have recovered while 2 have died.
