He says, "I was safe on the seat I used to sit on earlier. Then I thought why have I been allotted a different seat. I saw that this is the border - ruling party on one side, opposition on other. Who is sent to border? The strongest warrior."

Ahead of the floor test, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said it would be "a victory of truth" during the assembly session that began on Friday. The Congress government had said Gehlot will seek a vote of confidence after the opposition BJP said it will move a motion of no confidence against it. However, the BJP on Friday decided against moving a no-confidence motion against the Gehlot government.

BJP Opts Against No Confidence Motion | The BJP did not move a no-confidence motion in the Rajasthan assembly. The BJP said on Thursday that it would move a motion of no confidence in the Rajasthan assembly against the Ashok Gehlot-led Congress government. The key decision was taken in a BJP legislature party meeting held yesterday.

'Ready to Face the Fire': Pilot | Former deputy CM Pilot added that he was ready to face the "fire" at the frontline. "We are ready and armed for the onslaught," he said amid loud desk-thumping.

After the month-long dramatic tiff between Sachin Pilot and Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, the deputy CM has been pushed to seat number 127 from the government benches in the front row in the assembly. Now he has been allotted the second row in the extreme left. "When I came to the Vidhan Sabha today, I wondered why I was sitting right on the corner next to the oppositions benches. Then I realised this is the border and I have been sent to the border," he said.

How can the government function smoothly like this? How can a party indulge in 'Elephant trading' level allegations of horse trading at us? Did you not surreptitiously effect the merger of all BSP MLAs?"
