Police arrest Perth teen accused of raping underage girls at house parties advertised online

A Perth teenager has been accused of sexually assaulting underage girls at short-term rental house parties advertised online.

The 18-year-old man allegedly abused two 15-year-old girls between November 2019 and January 2020.

Investigations are continuing.

A police spokeswoman said an investigation by the Child Abuse Squad identified a group of people who organised parties at short-term rental houses using fake credit card details.

"The parties are advertised online and target specific ethnic groups and attract a large number of young people," she said.
