A coronavirus denier and self-described 'psychic' who slammed Daniel Andrews for his lockdown measures has cast a spell to remove him as Victorian premier.

Lizzy Rose, dubbed 'Bunnings Karen', made headlines last month when she filmed herself clashing with staff at the hardware giant over mandatory face masks.

Ms Rose, who uses her social media platform to spread dangerous conspiracy theories, shared a video of her performing a 'vaccination burn' to cast out the Victorian government, as well as mandatory jabs and face masks.

'Cast you and your agenda out. We say no to mandatory vaccinations against our will,' she said in the footage posted on Sunday.

'We burn away your evil agenda. We, the awakened people, say no to mandatory vaccinations. We cast you out.'

Ms Rose, who wore a black dress during the bizarre performance, was seen bent over a large black cauldron with a lit match held over a needle.

She chanted: 'We cast out your evil agenda of cruelty, deception and control.

'You are to leave government, you are to walk away from your power and your position for we cast you out.

'Hail and farewell Daniel Andrews and blessed be.'

The anti-masker dramatically threw the match and needle into the cauldron and raised her arms into the air.

She then called for rain and 'the heavens to open and bear down on us'.

'Cleanse this government and all its ill will. Banish from state, territory, capital and the hill. Guardians of day and guardians of night,' Ms Rose continued.

'Great Mother Earth, in this cauldron of bounty, punish them, make them accountable by law, by honour. Make them hear and make them see and free our people.'

Ms Rose concluded by asking for restrictions, including mandatory masks, to be lifted and for the economy to be reopened.

The self-proclaimed 'witch' uses her social media channels to encourage Victorians to stop wearing face masks. She has also filmed herself burning disposable face masks.

From 11.59pm on August 2, all Victorians have been required to wear a face covering when leaving their homes. Those who fail to follow the rule without a medical exemption can be fined $200.

Despite stage four lockdown in Melbourne, Ms Rose has also bragged about breaking the restrictions to go for two-hour walks outside her 5km radius.

Ms Rose famously recorded herself inside the Bunnings store in Maribyrnong, in Melbourne's west, where she planned to buy plant pots and items for her 'Viking fire pit'.

Armed with a medical certificate exempting her from wearing the mandatory masks, she fronted confused staff members.

'I went shopping in my local Bunnings where I've spent thousands of dollars over nearly 18 years and was rudely illegally denied customer service due to not wearing a facial mask, despite the fact that I produced a legal medical certificate of exemption,' she posted after the stunt.

'Management called the police, stating to police that my exemption was 'bogus' which is completely untrue.

'This is absolutely disgusting treatment of a customer and a direct contradiction to Mr Daniel Andrews, the premier of Victoria's, instructions stating that no person with a medical exemption is to be refused service, goods or products.'

The video showed Ms Rose referring to masked customers as 'zombies' as she walked without a mask through the aisles.

'People are so very silly,' she said. 'And they're so silly and it's so very sad that they're not evolved enough to see.'

Ms Rose then argued with a checkout operator before turning the video off.
